SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be carried out using couriers chosen by Tenuta Orzale. The goods travel at our risk.
In case of theft and/or loss, Tenuta Orzale will send a replacement product, and if the item is no longer available or out of stock, it will offer the Customer an equivalent product. The customer may choose not to accept the replacement product and request a refund instead.
If the courier has been chosen by the Customer, Tenuta Orzale will not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage of the product once it has been handed over to the carrier.
The supplied products must be paid for using Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer in advance, or Cash on Delivery (cash on delivery fee €3.50 payable upon receipt).
Products purchased from Tenuta Orzale will be delivered throughout Italy within 24/48 working hours, except for Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is expected within 48/72 working hours, and for smaller islands and remote areas where delivery is expected within 48/96 working hours from receipt and payment of the order.
To receive your products quickly and conveniently and to avoid delays due to storage issues, we recommend providing an address where someone is always available or where a trusted person can collect your package.
In this case, you must include, in addition to your details, the name of the delivery location or the name of the person authorized to collect your package.
We also recommend, for precise and timely delivery, always providing a functional phone number.
If your shipment goes into storage, the Tenuta Orzale customer service will be at your disposal to provide the courier with new delivery instructions.
Delivery times are always indicative.
We cannot guarantee delivery times as many variables can affect timing, and many of these cannot be attributed to Tenuta Orzale (strikes, weather events, specific holidays, etc.).
Therefore, no requests for compensation will be accepted if these times are not met.
